The Commission of Transportation is responsible for the receiving of applications, collecting of fees, and distribution of motor vehicle licenses and government issued identification cards. For those wishing to receive one of these forms of identification please print out and fill out the registration form. Then send it along with the appropriate fees and two passport sized photos of yourself to the address listed on the registration form. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the final product to be delivered to you. Please note that motor vehicle licenses require at least duel citizenship if not full citizenship. Government issued identification cards though only require an application, two passport sized photos, and the required amount of fees.
